Terms of service

Commissioning me means you agree to the following terms:- Payment through PayPal/Ko-Fi/Vgen upfront. After requesting a commission, I will provide a price estimate in advance and ask if you agree to pay that amount in USD (no price negotiations). Payment will be done through PayPal invoices with an option to donate through Ko-fi, or through Vgen/Ko-fi alone. Unfortunately as of now I do not offer refunds.
The first half of the payment is paid upfront, while the other half will be paid once the commission is complete, in order to include additional fees (if there are any). I have the right to deny requests if you refuse to pay upfront, and the right to not share the final product until the commission is paid in full.- Alteration Fees. After the first concept sketch, you can request up to three major alterations to the piece in total- for standard commissions, the first alteration is free of charge and additional changes can pile the cost for up to 20% of base comm price. For design commissions, two major alterations are free of charge and any additional changes pile up the cost (up to 40% of base price). Please note that changes can only be made during the sketch phase.- Rejecting commission requests. I have the right to deny any commission request that contains content from my DON'Ts tab, any form of hate speech, political content (including art of political figures), commercial or promotive content (propaganda/advertisements/merch you make money of), or any form of discriminative content towards any group. I also have the right to refuse a request that contains content I personally find uncomfortable.- Copyright. I hold the rights to every drawing I make. By commissioning me, you have the right to use said commission for social media banners, profile pictures, video/picture edit, character pages and similar content, as long as it's for non-commercial use, isn't included in any form of political/hateful/discriminatory media, and as long as you have me credited.
you're not allowed to trace or use my drawing for any form of generative AI content.
You have the right to make personal merchandise using your commission, as long as it's for personal use and you make no profit out of it.

- Humans / humanoids
- Mech and armor
- Real people and screenshot redraws _{(as long as the content doesn't break any of my terms)}
- Mild gore and blood

I DON'T DO...

- NSFW, nudity, fetish or heavily suggestive art
- Extreme gore/NSFL
- Animals, ferals and most anthropomorphs _{(hopefully will change in the future though!)}
- Artstyle mimicking
- Hateful, propaganda or political content
